* Winds...
Southwest 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to 60 mph today.
West winds 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 35 mph possible for Friday.

* Relative Humidity...
As low as 3 percent today and as low as 5 percent on Friday.

* Impacts...
Conditions will be favorable for rapid rates of fire growth and spread.
