Small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.

* WHERE...
A portion of southeast Ohio, including the following counties, Athens, Gallia, Jackson, Meigs, Vinton and Washington.

* WHEN...
Until 1130 PM EST.

* IMPACTS...
Streams continue to rise due to excess runoff from earlier rainfall. Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 939 PM EST, gauge reports indicated the Shade River near Chester reached a stage of 22.8 feet. Flood stage is 16 feet.
At 24 feet, most of Scout Camp Road floods.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Jackson, Wellston, Pomeroy, Albany, Coolville, Rutland, Forked Run State Park, New Haven, Mason, Tuppers Plains, Middleport, Chester, Hamden, Syracuse, Hartford City, Vinton, Wilkesville, Harrisonville, Dexter and Dyesville.
