A portion of southeast Ohio, including the following counties, Gallia and Lawrence.

* WHEN...
Until 900 AM EST Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...
Flooding of Symmes Creek and Raccoon Creek and their tributaries is occurring. Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding. Low-water crossings are inundated with water and may not be passable.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 850 PM EST, Flooding continues on lower portions of Symmes Creek and Raccoon Creek and their tributaries.
- Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Chesapeake, Proctorville, Aid, Crown City and Scottown.
