Flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...
Green Mill Run in Greenville.

* WHEN...
From this evening until further notice.

* IMPACTS...
At 7.5 feet, Water likely covers portions of Charles Boulevard adjacent to the stream. The driveway for Bower Apartments becomes inundated with several feet of water, and is likely impassable. Water also spreads to portions of Ficklen Drive and Deck Street, and inundates portions of ECU College Hill parking lot.
At 8.5 feet, Travel around the ECU campus becomes increasingly difficult with several main roads closed. Charles Boulevard is impassable near the stream, as well as the end of Ficklen Drive.
Water may also cover portions of Evans Road and 14th street. Some structures along 10th Street are threatened. Water also reaches portions of nearby Lower Minges parking lot, and the ECU College Hill parking lot is inundated by several feet of water.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 9:40 PM EDT Monday the stage was 7.2 feet.
- The stream levels are rising rapidly.
- Forecast...Minor flooding is expected to occur shortly.
Stream level may continue to rise to Moderate Flood Stage levels overnight.
- Flood stage is 7.5 feet.
