Until 7 AM this morning.

* IMPACTS...
Impact..At 14.0 feet, Intersection of Talbott Road and Wasbash Road flood. At 15.0 feet, Small bridge on Willow Street floods due to backwater into Mill Creek.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 3:30 AM EST Sunday the stage was 15.3 feet.
- Recent Activity...The river crested at 16.3 feet Saturday morning, followed by a second crest near 16 feet Saturday evening.
- Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage early this morning.
- Minor flood stage is 14.0 feet. Moderate flood stage is 17.0 feet.
- Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of 16.3 feet on 02/14/1948. The latest stage compares to a previous crest of 15.3 feet on 03/24/1948.
