From 4 AM Thursday to 4 AM EST Friday.

* IMPACTS...
Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will likely become slick and hazardous. The hazardous conditions could impact the Thursday morning and evening commutes.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
Widespread snow will arrive Thursday morning and persist through Thursday evening. Snowfall rates will reach 0.5 inch per hour Thursday morning and Thursday evening.
