Southwestern Wood County in northwestern West Virginia... North Central Mason County in western West Virginia... * WHEN... Until 1215 PM EDT Sunday. * IMPACTS... Streams continue to rise due to excess runoff from earlier rainfall. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 605 AM EDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area.
