At 17.0 feet, Some city streets flood due to storm sewers backing up. Many low-lying areas flood.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 6:30 PM EST Thursday the stage was 13.5 feet.
- Forecast...The river will rise above flood stage around midnight tonight to 16.7 feet early tomorrow afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage early Saturday morning.
- Flood stage is 14.0 feet.
- Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of 16.6 feet on 03/20/1963.
