Minor flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is forecast.

Until late Sunday morning.

* IMPACTS...
At 15.0 feet, Small bridge on Willow Street floods due to backwater into Mill Creek. At 17.0 feet, Some city streets flood due to storm sewers backing up. Many low-lying areas flood.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 5:30 AM EST Saturday the stage was 16.2 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 17.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage late Sunday morning.
- Flood stage is 14.0 feet.
- Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of 17.0 feet on 01/19/1996.
