At 253 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over Shinnston, or near Clarksburg, moving east at 20 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible.
Locations impacted include...
Clarksburg, Grafton, Bridgeport, Shinnston, Lumberport, Enterprise, Flemington, Valley Falls, Rosemont, Meadland, Tygart Lake State Park, McGee, Galloway, and Meadowbrook.
This includes Interstate 79 between mile markers 120 and 128.
