East winds 10 to 20 mph with occasional gusts up to 40 mph possible. A few locations could briefly gust to 45 mph.

Northeast Georgia, western Upstate South Carolina, plus Avery and Henderson Counties in North Carolina, and the mountain portions of Polk, Rutherford, McDowell, Burke, and Caldwell Counties.

* WHEN...
Until 8 AM EDT Sunday.

* IMPACTS...
Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. Trees also could topple if rooted in saturated soil.
