At 954 AM EST, Emergency management reported several accidents as a result of black ice from earlier rain and snowmelt refreezing on area roads. Clouds will clear out by noon and the increased solar insolation should minimize the black ice potential.

Kingwood, Parsons, Terra Alta, Davis, Thomas, Rowlesburg, Newburg, Hendricks, Hambleton, Brookhaven, Reedsville, Masontown, Albright, Tunnelton, Brandonville, Hannahsville, Bruceton Mills, Aurora, Cathedral State Park and Elgon.
