Small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.

* WHERE...
Portions of northeast Kentucky, including the following counties, Boyd, Carter and Lawrence and West Virginia, including the following counties, Boone, Cabell, Kanawha, Lincoln, Putnam and Wayne.

* WHEN...
Until 1145 AM EST.

* IMPACTS...
Low-water crossings are inundated with water and may not be passable. It will take several hours for all the water from these storms to work through local drainage systems in urban areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 800 AM EST, gauge reports indicated heavy rain. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area.
Between 1.5 and 2 inches of rain have fallen.
- Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are possible in the warned area.
