Northwest Pocahontas, Northwest Randolph, Southeast Randolph, and Southeast Webster Counties.

* WHEN...
For the Winter Weather Advisory, until 1 PM EST this afternoon. For the Winter Storm Watch, from Wednesday afternoon through Thursday morning.

* IMPACTS...
Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions could impact the Tuesday evening and Wednesday morning commutes.
Strong winds could cause tree damage.
