Northwest winds 20 to 35 mph with gusts up to 50 mph expected. Wind chills near or slightly below zero will occur at higher mountain elevations.

Northwest Pocahontas and Southeast Randolph Counties.

* WHEN...
From 11 AM Tuesday to 8 AM EDT Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...
Gusty winds could blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
Blowing snow will lead to reduced visibility at times.
