The Flood Warning will expire at 10 AM EST this morning for portions of central and southern West Virginia, including the following counties, in central West Virginia, Nicholas. In southern West Virginia, Boone, Fayette, Kanawha and Raleigh.
Flood waters have receded. Flooding is no longer expected to pose a threat. Please continue to heed remaining road closures.
