In Ohio, Coshocton, Guernsey, and Muskingum Counties. In Pennsylvania, Higher Elevations of Fayette, Higher Elevations of Westmoreland, and Higher Elevations of Indiana Counties. In West Virginia, Eastern Preston and Eastern Tucker Counties.

* WHEN...
From 4 PM this afternoon to 10 AM EST Saturday.

* IMPACTS...
The cold wind chills as low as 20 below zero could result in hypothermia or frostbite if precautions are not taken.
