The Flood Advisory will expire at 10 PM EDT this evening for portions of piedmont and western North Carolina, including the following areas, in piedmont North Carolina, Catawba, Cleveland and Lincoln. In western North Carolina, Burke and Caldwell.
The heavy rain has ended. Flooding is no longer expected to pose a threat. Please continue to heed remaining road closures.
