Portions of central and southern West Virginia, including the following counties, in central West Virginia, Nicholas. In southern West Virginia, Fayette, McDowell, Raleigh and Wyoming.

* WHEN...
Until 100 AM EST.

* IMPACTS...
Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Streams and rivers continue to rise due to excess runoff from earlier rainfall. Isolated rock falls and landslides remain possible.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 827 PM EST, Emergency management reported lingering high water across portions of the warned area from prior rainfall.
