Flooding due to runoff from excessive rainfall over the last few days is occurring.

Central Gallia County in southeastern Ohio...

Until 300 PM EDT Thursday.

* IMPACTS...
Flooding along Raccoon Creek and its tributaries is occurring. Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding. Low-water crossings are inundated with water and may not be passable.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 320 PM EDT, county officials reported that flooding of the Raccoon Creek is occurring across the warned area. State Route 124 in southern Vinton County remains closed due to flooding. In the City of Vinton, State Route 325 at State Route 160 is closed due to flooding. State Route 554 between Rio Grande and Bidwell is closed due to flooding.
- The Raccoon Creek gauge at Adamsville is at action stage and continues to slowly rise.
