Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 1145 PM EDT, emergency management reported lingering high water across portions of the warned area from prior heavy rainfall this evening. Flooding is already occurring. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain fell earlier this evening in some locations.
- Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.75 inches are possible in the warned area overnight.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Jackson, Wellston, Hamden, Coalton, Wilkesville, Byer, Radcliffe and Salem Center.
