At 302 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 1 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen and up to 1 inch of additional rainfall is expected. Reports indicate multiple roads are flooded in the Morgantown area.
