Portions of east central Ohio, including the following counties, eastern Columbiana and east central Jefferson OH, Pennsylvania, including the following counties, northwestern Allegheny, Beaver, southwestern Butler and northwestern Washington, and the northern panhandle of West Virginia, including the following county, Hancock.

* WHEN...
Until 530 PM EST.

* IMPACTS...
Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 216 PM EST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area. Between 1 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen.
