At 426 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along a line extending from 7 miles north of Buffalo to 9 miles north of Milton to near Chesapeake. Movement was east at 10 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and penny size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible.
Locations impacted include...
Buffalo, Crown City, Athalia, Leon, Grimms Landing, Green Bottom, Southside, Scottown, Fraziers Bottom, and Ashton.
