Portions of central and northern West Virginia, including the following counties, in central West Virginia, Braxton, Calhoun, Gilmer and Webster. In northern West Virginia, Doddridge, Harrison, Lewis, Randolph, Ritchie and Upshur.

* WHEN...
Until 145 PM EST.

* IMPACTS...
Flooding of small rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.
Streams continue to rise due to excess runoff from earlier rainfall.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 751 AM EST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen.
