A portion of southeast West Virginia, including the following county, Greenbrier.

Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
Some low-water crossings may become impassable.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 612 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms has ended. However, minor flooding is occurring in the advisory area due to between 2 and locally 4 inches of rain that fell earlier this evening.
- This includes the following streams and drainages...
Fitzwater Branch, North Fork Cherry River, Panther Camp Creek, McMillion Creek, Dry Run, Elijah Branch, Big Clear Creek, Cold Knob Fork, Laurel Creek, Beech Run, Old Field Branch, Improvement Branch, Robbins Run and Little Laurel Creek.
