Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

- At 948 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Blowing Rock In Caldwell County and Patterson.
- Some locations in northern Caldwell County that could see nuisance to minor flooding develop are along Richland Road, Lowder Mill Road, Old Field Creek Lane, Hines Branch Road, and Pounding Mill Trail Road.
