.A period of snow, strong winds, and low visibility is expected especially for the western-facing slopes above 2500 feet along and west of the Allegheny Front. This morning's commute will be impacted.

Blizzard conditions expected. Total snow accumulations between 4 and 7 inches, with locally 8 inches possible on the western-facing slopes above 2500 feet along and west of the Allegheny Front. Winds gusting as high as 50 mph. Visibility one-quarter mile or less.

In Maryland, Western Garrett County. In West Virginia, Western Grant and Western Pendleton Counties.

Whiteout conditions are expected and will make travel treacherous and potentially life-threatening. Plan on slippery road conditions. Widespread blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility.
