A portion of southeast West Virginia, including the following county, Summers. * WHEN... Until 745 PM EDT. * IMPACTS... Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 524 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 2 and 3.5 inches of rain have fallen. - This includes the following streams and drainages... Buggy Branch, Mill Creek, Greenbrier River, Meadow River, Madam Creek, Meadow Creek, Big Creek, Hungard Creek, Laurel Creek, Boone Creek, Fisher Creek and Lick Creek. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
