The Flood Warning will expire at 430 PM EDT this afternoon for portions of east central Ohio, southwest Pennsylvania, and the northern panhandle of West Virginia.
Flood waters have or will continue to recede as the flooding threat dissipates. Please continue to heed remaining road closures.
