For the Wind Advisory, northwest winds 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 50 mph expected. For the Extreme Cold Warning, dangerously cold wind chills as low as 15 below expected.

Eastern Greenbrier County.

* WHEN...
For the Wind Advisory, from 7 PM this evening to 7 PM EST Saturday. For the Extreme Cold Warning, from 1 AM Saturday to 7 AM EST Sunday.

* IMPACTS...
Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. The cold wind chills as low as 15 below zero could result in hypothermia if precautions are not taken. Frostbite and hypothermia will occur if unprotected skin is exposed to these temperatures.
