* Until 845 PM EDT Wednesday.

* At 243 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 2 and locally 3 inches of rain have fallen. Rainfall rates are observed to be as high as 2 inches per hour at times. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are possible in the warned area as additional storms arrive from the west. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.
HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.
