At 1041 AM EST, River levels overall continue to recede, except for locations on the Ohio River which are expected to crest during the day today. Flooding is still an issue with numerous road closures and areas dealing with backwater flooding along feeder streams and creeks.

Huntington, Ashland, Louisa, Wayne, Proctorville, Cannonsburg, Beech Fork State Park, Barboursville, Kenova, Milton, Catlettsburg, Ceredo, Greenup, Fort Gay, Durbin, Burnaugh, Centerville, Princess, Coalton and Naples.
