Flooding caused by 4 to 7 inches of rainfall is occurring.
Many creeks and streams are near crest, and will gradually recede through this morning into early afternoon.

A portion of north central North Carolina, including the following county, Caswell.

* WHEN...
Until 400 PM EDT Monday.

* IMPACTS...
Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is occurring.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 715 AM EDT, local law enforcement reported heavy rain in the warned area. Flooding is already occurring. Portions of Highway 158 near the 2000 block and the 5000 block remain closed this morning, as well as portions of Highway 86 S near the Gatewood area. Other roads remain flooded and impassible as well.
