* WINDS...
Northwest 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 50 mph.

* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...
As low as around 25 percent.

* IMPACTS...
Any fire that develops will catch and spread quickly. Outdoor burning is not recommended.

* FUEL MOISTURE...
10-hour fuel moisture around 7 or 8 percent.
