- At 857 PM EDT, emergency management reported lingering high water issues across the warned area due to prior heavy rain. Flooding is ongoing. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain fell earlier.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Clarksburg, Philippi, Stonewood, Nutter Fort, Anmoore, West Milford, Lost Creek, Galloway and Moatsville.
- This includes Interstate 79 between mile markers 111 and 117.
