Mason County in western West Virginia... * Until 500 PM EST. * At 1124 AM EST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain occurring across the area. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area. Between 1.5 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen and water levels will rise throughout this afternoon. * Some locations that will experience flooding include...
