The Lawrence Joel Veterans Memorial Coliseum will be hosting an event which is expected to increase traffic volumes on the roadways surrounding the coliseum. In anticipation of increased traffic volumes, LJVM Coliseum staff, Winston-Salem DOT, and the Winston-Salem Police Department will be managing major intersections in the vicinity of the coliseum. Expect higher traffic volumes around Winston-Salem on US 52 North and South, I-40 East and West, I-40 Business East and West, University Parkway, and Akron Drive in both directions and other surrounding roadways. Patrons attending the event are encouraged to arrive early and carpooling is strongly advised.
