A portion of west central Virginia, including the following county, Bath. * WHEN... Until 1215 AM EDT. * IMPACTS... Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water may flow over some roadways. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 722 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain is ongoing in strong, slow-moving thunderstorms. Minor flooding is expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1.5 and locally 2.5 inches of rain have fallen. - This includes the following streams and drainages... Back Creek, Hoover Creek, Chimney Run, Brushy Lick, Jackson River, Falling Spring Creek, Dry Run and Cedar Creek. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Warm Springs...
