Snow expected. Total snow accumulations between 3 and 5 inches, locally along higher windward slopes. Winds gusting as high as 55 mph across the higher ridges.

Northwest Pocahontas, Southeast Randolph, Southeast Webster, and Southeast Nicholas Counties.

* WHEN...
From 7 AM Sunday to 1 AM EST Monday.

* IMPACTS...
Travel could be very difficult. Strong winds will cause reduced visibility in blowing snow at times.
