* At 8:45 AM EST Monday the stage was 20.9 feet.

* Flood stage is 23.0 feet.

* Minor flooding is forecast.

* Forecast...
The river will rise to 23.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall to 5.6 feet and begin rising again Wednesday evening. It will rise to 8.4 feet early Thursday morning. It will then fall again and remain below flood stage.

* Impact...
At 23.0 feet, Water covers some streets and reaches some buildings near the river.
