The Flood Warning will expire at 345 PM EDT this afternoon for portions of southwest Pennsylvania, including the following areas, Greene and Washington and the northern panhandle of West Virginia, including the following areas, Brooke, Marshall and Ohio.
The heavy rain has ended. Flooding is no longer expected to pose a threat. Please continue to heed remaining road closures.
