From 1 AM Monday to 1 AM EST Tuesday.

The snowfall will create slippery and snow covered roadways. The hazardous conditions could impact the Monday morning and evening commutes.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
Up to an inch of snow is possible in the valley locations of Mitchell and Yancey counties, mainly Monday morning.
