At 649 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near Randleman, moving north at 5 mph. Also, a cluster of strong thunderstorms extended from near Walkertown to near Alamance.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects.
Locations impacted include...
Greensboro, Winston-Salem, High Point, Randleman, Kernersville, McLeansville, Archdale, Summerfield, Gibsonville, and Stokesdale.
