* IMPACTS...
Plan on slippery road conditions due to a heavy, slushy snow. Visibility could be reduced below one-half mile at times.
Gusty winds could bring down tree branches.

Rain early this morning will change over to a brief period of very heavy and wet snow by mid-morning, before ending early this afternoon.
