* At 1044 AM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado was located near Bethany, or 10 miles southeast of Madison, moving east at 40 mph.

IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed.
