IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects.

Portsmouth, Wheelersburg, New Boston, South Webster, Rosemount, Clarktown, Lucasville, Sciotodale, Franklin Furnace, Beaver, Stockdale, Minford, Givens, Powellsville, Portsmouth Regional Airport, Lyra, Linn, and Germany.
