Portions of north central and northeast Ohio, including the following counties, in north central Ohio, Ashland, Lorain and Richland. In northeast Ohio, Cuyahoga, Geauga, Lake, Mahoning, Medina, Portage, Stark, Summit, Trumbull and Wayne.

* WHEN...
Until 11 PM EDT this evening.

* IMPACTS...
Extensive street flooding and flooding of creeks and rivers are possible.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Showers and thunderstorms with periods of torrential rain rates will continue to occasionally affect the area into this evening. Rain rates of greater than 2 inches per hour are likely with thunderstorms, which can quickly result in flooding.
