The following counties, in central Ohio, Fairfield, Franklin and Pickaway.

* WHEN...
Until 1000 AM EDT.

* IMPACTS...
Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
Water over roadways.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 652 AM EDT, radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 0.5 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 2 inches are possible.
- Some locations that may experience flooding include...
Columbus, Lancaster, Grove City, Pickerington, Circleville, Canal Winchester, Groveport, Ashville, Baltimore, Buckeye Lake, South Bloomfield, Millersport, Williamsport, Pleasantville, New Holland, Fairfield Beach, Obetz, Commercial Point, Royalton and Lithopolis.
