Canceled 8/3/24 3:41 PM Flash Flood Warning issued August 3 at 2:10PM EDT until August 3 at 4:00PM EDT by NWS Cleveland OH At 210 PM EDT, rainfall rates have diminished significantly in Ravenna but several instances of street flooding have been reported across the city. Between 2 and 3.5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.2 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms. SOURCE...Radar and automated gauges. IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor drainage and low-lying areas. Some locations that will experience flash flooding include... Ravenna and Edinburg. |
